I am currently 165 cm, and approximately 150 lbs.. but that's me guesstimating. Like I said, I abhor weighing myself. I currently wear size 8-10 jeans, and my target weight is 120. I'm not sure what that translates to in clothing sizes, but I'd like to aim for a size 4. I don't have much endurance, and I don't like running. If anyone has suggestions for me, I'd love to hear them! I think I want to focus on cardio first to drop fat, and then do strength training to build muscle. Not knowing much about exercise doesn't exactly help me, does it? :) Please, if you see this blog, no bashing. Like I said before, this is meant to be a personal blog for myself - but I need others' suggestions and support as well. Thanks!
